The film follows young mechanic Shaheen, who dreams of buying a second-hand R1-5 bike that he has repaired himself. He persuades his boss to give him time to save twenty-five thousand rupees, but faces opposition from his father, a retired Madrasa principal. Undeterred, Shaheen works tirelessly with his friends, but his resolve is challenged by the harsh realities of his environment and a hostile political climate.
